About My SmartLed

1. You can adjust the color of the lights as needed, such as red, green, blue, yellow, purple, cyan, white, etc.

2. You can also adjust the light change mode, such as jump, fade, strobe, etc.

3. This is an LED Bluetooth lighting control software.

4. Bluetooth light fixtures.

My SmartLed Customer Insights

1. Hopefully I can get it working.App is okay, has cool features, but can't make lights warm white?? It's sort of annoying, because the other features are great, but not being able to "get out" of rgb white and go back to 100% warm white is a deal breaker, as that's sort of my default color.

2. Don't bother buying any led smart bulbs because none of the apps on Google play are non working.Works fine and does its job for controlling both the LED light machine and meteor boxes on my Pixel 4a.

3. My tip: do like I did & download the apps b4 buying the products.Good overall but takes a lot of effort to set up but once you've got it set up it's more than worth it, just one complaint though, The app sometimes crashes when I try to change the colorsProduct is garbage, didn't connect to app with the many times I tried.

4. More custom meteor functions would be cool too, such as being able to control the frequency.

5. Seems as though this app could use a little more development then it'll be great.It's ok, and what's there works great, but it's also missing some advanced features id expect.

6. These include customizing colors by setting each RGBW channel numerically from 0-255, not just the color circle, and the ability to schedule on/off/mode times.

7. Right now, you're only able to use rgb, 7 colors, and factory color designations for the transition functions.

8. Bubbles w/ prompts on the app not in English (that can suck unless you have another device w/ a camera to run Google Lens to translate).

9. Would be cool to see more functions however, such as custom colors for breathing/fading/jumping transition functions.

10. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.No instructions, that i can read in English, on how to pair with my phone, Android.

11. Free is great as long as it works, when it doesn't the app bites.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My SmartLed Issues

1. Fix My SmartLed Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My SmartLed: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My SmartLed App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My SmartLed" » Open My SmartLed » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My SmartLed » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My SmartLed app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My SmartLed servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My SmartLed" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My SmartLed app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My SmartLed might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My SmartLed. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My SmartLed then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My SmartLed not working


2. Fix My SmartLed Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My SmartLed be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My SmartLed not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My SmartLed may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
