1. Constantly freezing up, scans not working, whack virtual video setup... Plus it's HUGE! I wouldn't care so much if it actually worked, but we've only been able to get it to successfully launch twice and had 1 successful bandmate scan.I wanted to like this app but it doesn't work.

2. Seems like a cool idea, but after spending 20 minutes trying to scan the Bandmate in, and then more than 30 minutes to unsuccessfully get something going to start recording, it was a wash.

3. My main concern as a mom is that you have to scan a stock bandmate to be able to make a video - every time.

4. We couldn't get anything to happen after getting the Bandmate scanned in, kept getting an error that there wasn't enough space to load the Bandmate.

5. I thought it would be as simple as "point, scan, play" nope! After the app downloaded, it asked for an update...weird but okay.

6. My phone has 4GB RAM, 22GB free storage, Android version 10 and the latest version of ARcore installed.

7. I have plenty of space to do so but the app keeps telling me to set the stage over and over again!I am honestly really frustrated, scanning beatboxes, bandmates, and the beatbits is ridiculously hard and glitchy.

1. Fix LEGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LEGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEGO" » Open LEGO® VIDIYO Kids' video maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEGO® VIDIYO Kids' video maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEGO® VIDIYO Kids' video maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LEGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEGO not working

2. Fix LEGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
