1. Cant wait for future updates! Thankswhen it works it's great, but one of the engines will stop responding to manual control, so I have to reset it.

2. For $100 I will be asking for a refund from LEGO if this isnt fixed soon.We got the lego batmobile for Christmas, but we are having a lot of problems getting the app to properly control the vehicle.

3. The set works fine manually but with the app (after trouble shooting/watching YouTube videos) it only sometimes works, is very noisy, doesn't catch the chain well, and it doesn't bring the car up all the way to the top most of the time.

4. It's fast! But I don't love it because 1) Bluetooth receiver; only links to the app, so you can't access it over a wireless network 2) app not available for Windows 3) Interface is simple but has no tutorial or detailed help, and nothing came with the Lego set either.

5. Soon as you turn off the screen, switch to a different app, have a screen saver kick in, it tells the train to stop.

6. And resetting the app, you should see the hub flash different colors and the Bluetooth connection screen go from 0 to 100% and it worked! I almost gave up there should be a video made on how to set it up correctly.

7. I had problems getting my train to start and my stomach just sank after all that work.

8. Not ready for prime time.I downloaded this to work with one of my new Lego sets.

9. Original: As everyone else with the batmobile says, one side always glitches and stops working on all phones we tried it on (Note 9, S7 edge, S7 etc...). and yes, GPS location is on, access granted and everything.

10. I'm not going to leave my cell phone running the entire time i have the train going.

11. But it's always had problems with the one plus Android software.Edit: Lego's response here show's how little they understand the problem.

1. Fix LEGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LEGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEGO" » Open LEGO® Powered Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEGO® Powered Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEGO® Powered Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LEGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEGO not working

2. Fix LEGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
