Why should I report an Issue with Kinzoo: Fun All-Ages Messenger?

1. We can still send voice clips, pictures, photo/video recordings and stickers/doodles which is still pretty great, but I wish the video chat worked better.Perfect messaging app for kids and parents.

2. Check it out!Downloaded this before my partner and I went on a trip without our kids so we could stay in contact, and holy moly, it is fun! Like a mix of Snapchat, face time, texting, and phone calls.

3. It's very disheartening because this is our main form of communication.Really like the app, I was excited for my 4 yr old to be able to call me while I'm at work, but unfortunately it won't let hey or me actually accept the video call 90% of the time.

4. However, there have been issues with losing connection even when connected to Wi-Fi, the app not showing when someone is calling you, glitching and random shut downs, and most recently now I am not even receiving calls and he can't answer mine.

5. Would love for this to be addressed as it's a great little app.You can't remove people! I deleted profile and the picture of the person remains on the home screen...why?? Fix the error in android otherwise the app is good and easy to use.

6. (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc..)This app is more than just a chatting app, it has so much to offer! With the addition of video calling - which let me just say of all the video calling options across the apps that I have, it is the smoothest AND clearest I've ever experienced.

7. The only issue we've found is that video calls don't work about 90% of the time.

1. Fix Kinzoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kinzoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kinzoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kinzoo" » Open Kinzoo: Fun All-Ages Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kinzoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kinzoo: Fun All-Ages Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kinzoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kinzoo: Fun All-Ages Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kinzoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kinzoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kinzoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kinzoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kinzoo not working

2. Fix Kinzoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kinzoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kinzoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kinzoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
