Why should I report an Issue with LED WiFi?

1. Before i reformated the phone it used to connect.The hardware(actual lights) are great....but this app is made without interest...it barely works ***To have music you must set permissions manually.this is the app that is meant to control the car leds i bought and it doesnt work lights will be going back as un fit for purpose.

2. If you're lucky like me after letting your car sit over night you can hold your phone right next to the unit under the hood and have 30-60 seconds of use to change the color before it over heats and disconnects leaving stuck with whatever color you managed to change it to and set.

3. Luckily it remembers the last settings you used so the lights stay the custom color i saved.Does Nothing! I kept the stupid loading graphic looping for 5 minutes before I have up and uninstalled.

4. The network my lights produce is LED 340 but the app is not recognizing as an online device even after connecting my phone to that network.

5. If you manage to connect to the app it'll tell you its shutting down due to overheatingHit or miss.. when it works it is good.

6. as cant find any other app that will workWayyyy too buggy, no option to dim, or brighten.

7. I literally could not click anything w/n the app as it was doing this!This is not connecting my RGB car angel eyes.

1. Fix LED WiFi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LED WiFi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LED WiFi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LED WiFi" » Open LED WiFi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LED WiFi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LED WiFi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LED WiFi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LED WiFi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LED WiFi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LED WiFi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LED WiFi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LED WiFi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LED WiFi not working

2. Fix LED WiFi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LED WiFi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LED WiFi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LED WiFi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
