1. If you plan on using this app to try and impress someone, don't! There are to many of us out here that know Classical and Ecclesiastical Latin.Great. But I was wondering why the accents marks, grave marks and other marks are absent though I have only had a first glance only.Very few actually useful phrases, and even those few phrases are haphazardly thrown into Google translate and taken out no matter the resultWriting things out and having nothing show you how to even say it is not learning Latin. This app is AWESOME! Wonderful for Catholics and others who want to learn Spanish or Italian.
2. Developer: if you would like assistance in making this app into a coherent resource for learning grammatical, idiomatic Latin, feel free to reply and let me know.I've studied a little Latin, most of the words are correct but others are way off.
3. How wouuld I know if I'm pronouncing the words correctly.I am thoroughly enjoying Learning Latin through this way and this program..It's a dictionary only related to various topics.
4. I am rating the app as two stars because the interface is nice, and I think it has potential--but that does not change the fact that, as it stands, this app can teach you some Latin roots at most.
5. As others have noted, this Latin is unfortunately not idiomatic, not grammatical, and simply not coherent.
6. And mixing modern English into the Latin phrases.
7. Looks like someone tried to piece together phrases using a dictionary.
8. Latin PhD candidate here.
9. 💖I just started with this app, but I don't see any vocal.
