1. Vice Verba was inspired by the ‘Hoplite Challenge Cup’, a non-digital game created by Drs.
2. Players can customize the game by choosing tenses, voices, and moods, and the presence or absence of macrons.
3. Vice Verba helps students of Latin master verb forms.
4. Hardy Hansen and Gerald Quinn for the intensive Greek program at CUNY. Thanks to Dr.
5. Players parse verbs and produce forms to earn togas.
6. When enough togas are collected, an ‘imago’ of a famous dead Roman is unlocked.
7. The game increases in difficulty as the player’s skills improve.
8. Collect all XII ‘imagines’, and don’t forget to flip the ‘imagines’ over to see their stats!
9. Hansen for his encouragement and advice at the earliest stages of development.
10. Thanks also to the University of Winnipeg for its generous financial support.
1. Simple and easy to use.awesome :) except i wish i didn't have to look at romulus & remus all the time...super helpful app! thanksI love this game it has allowed me to learn verb conjugations much faster than I could have through most other platformsFun and effective.
2. I would be absolutely thrilled if you made a similar app for learning declensions. This app is perfect for practicing verb conjugation! It would be nice if there was a noun declension option/section as well.
3. Maybe adding irregular verbs could make this app more perfect than perfect ahah Edit : NOW PERFECT !Good way of learning the forms of verbs.
4. I've memorized verb conjugations much more quickly with this app than with the flash cards I made.
5. I hope y'all make a version for nouns.Well rounded, but verbs are limited.
6. Opus bonum! The app still crashes even though the bug fix says it doesn't crash.
7. This is an excellent learning resource.
8. please fix!!!Just perfect.
9. Like im failing latin right now.
