1. I would have rated 5 stars, but took off a star because they still haven't fixed the sharing of non-ePaper articles with a clipboard link.Absolutely horrible! Poorly designed and very user unfriendly with lots of click bait and a video that pops up repeatedly, obscuring 1/2 the screen, despite all attempts to close it.

2. I wanna support the local news.Recent updates have made the app so buggy... I don't even want to read the paper on my phone anymore.

3. About ready to cancel this subscription.I was so excited to finally have paid a subscription and start enjoying nicely written articles, however, when 6 videos start playing while I'm scrolling through the app it really turns me off.

4. When you select e-paper to read the newspaper you've subscribed to it just sits on the loading paper screen.

5. I tried loading the E paper offered and that button fails to do anything.I tried the app, but I will be going back to viewing the website in Chrome.

6. It just stays stuck on the ePaper login page and says "paper loading" but it never finishes.

7. Look at better apps and see how you might be able to make yours better.I have not been able to access the E paper function for days now.

8. While (trying) to read the few actual news reports, be prepared to be assaulted by stupid ads that just won't take no for an answer.I downloaded this app months ago and still have the same problem.

9. Even though I pay for my subscription I'm still subjected to pop-up ads, and adverts throughout the body of the text, along with improperly formatted text I'm viewing on a mobile device.

10. This is on a Pixel 4XL.The development team for this app has been very responsive for fixing bugs in the app; for example, the inability to exit, and the blank ePaper bugs.

11. When I click on ANY site that has a story from your publication I'm told I have to download the app to read the article.

  • I have been called four times to renew my subscription - each time I tell the caller I do not want the paper & to cancel it when it runs out. You sent a notice - I returned it with the same request.
    I do not what the revenue journal - cancel it!
    AND DO NOT CALL AGAIN!
