1. And no response ever to my emails through the app.The text recognition does not work when depositing a check, preventing mobile deposit from being submitted due to a supposed lack of endorsement (it's there).
2. Frequently get error saying "can't connect to server" (the bank - on both cellular data & wifi), hardly ever successfully processes a mobile check deposit.
3. It would be nice if you could see pending charges so it would be more accurate.I use this app for three things: Check balance, move money, deposit checks.
4. That's all when it isn't just crashing.I have the last update on a Google Pixel 1, and am having issues with check deposits on the app.
5. I was having problems trying to set up a transfer from my bank to my credit union account but it was very simple an easy to set it up from my LA Financial Credit Union to my bank account with no problem.
6. It rejects checks for totally ridiculous reasons -- it said the amount entered didn't match the check.
7. It's a pretty good app, easy to navigate for the basics I need to do like check my balances & do transfers on my Galaxy S8 & S20.

11. What? The check was printed! And it keeps rejecting the back of checks because it can't read handwriting (I'm printing in block letters!!).
