Why should I report an Issue with SpindleCalc?

1. Even when using exactly the same measurements ( example the same size gate ), ill reenter the measurements and it will mess up.I always wondered why my deck foreman used a different spindle app even though this one is better in most ways and free.

2. This app is bugged.I've used this app at work when fabricating railings and let me tell you, this app is awesome, a time saver, I love it.

3. I have all the measurements 31" by 31" 33ﾟ own plane (stairs obviously) 1-1/2 wooden spindle.

5. It gives you the illusion that it takes the angle into account when calculating the baluster distance on the angles.

6. Haven't had any problems at all so far, all functions in app work even when calculating angle cuts.No instructions.

8. You have to toggle the "center marks" for each calculation it seems.

9. Why have the angle in the calculation if it doesn't take that into consideration?! Try it for yourself.

10. If fill all my measurements hit calculate and off I go.

11. Sometimes when you click "center marks" it will give you the x-ahead marks instead.

1. Fix SpindleCalc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SpindleCalc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SpindleCalc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SpindleCalc" » Open SpindleCalc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SpindleCalc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SpindleCalc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SpindleCalc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SpindleCalc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SpindleCalc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SpindleCalc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SpindleCalc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SpindleCalc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SpindleCalc not working

2. Fix SpindleCalc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SpindleCalc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SpindleCalc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SpindleCalc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
