KúlaScope Customer Insights

1. It has a ton of work to go before it's considered a great 3d app! 3 stars just because it really works!Edit: Kula told me I can "slide" and use the Bebe.

2. Now it either doesn't start or it starts and runs through endless cycles of auto-focus, making it impossible to capture any images at all.

3. Love that I can use it for both my kúla bebe and deeper.Been playing with the 2 shots mode and it works great.

4. Not only is the app unresponsive at that point, but the battery starts to heat up, and Android is unable to back out of the app, forcing me to restart the phone to recover.

5. The three options are actually on a slider! I'm going to reevaluate and respond.Does not work without accessories.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KúlaScope Issues

1. Fix KúlaScope Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KúlaScope: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KúlaScope App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KúlaScope" » Open KúlaScope - 3D camera » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KúlaScope » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KúlaScope - 3D camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KúlaScope servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KúlaScope - 3D camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KúlaScope app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KúlaScope might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KúlaScope. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KúlaScope then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KúlaScope not working


2. Fix KúlaScope Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KúlaScope be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KúlaScope not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KúlaScope may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
