1. Not a great experience overall.Not able to complete verification, the app has access to camera and files and when I try to use the camera, it doesn't open it, trying to select a file doesn't work either, changing to another folder with files shows nothing, if I go back to the all media option, all the files are gone and I cannot select or do anything to verify my identity.

2. Edit: the crashing issue is little better, but now whenever I try to hold my finger on a particular bar on a chart to view the OHLC for that candle the info box only pops up for a tiny split second! It's SUPER frustrating!This app gets worse with every update.

3. Also, it would be much better to visualize the chart & current orders simultaneously while looking at the bot stats instead of having to constantly switch the screens back and forthI love this exchange, on desktop! The app however can be a huge chore to use.

4. So I emailed their support, and it took 3-4 days to get a response, which didn't solve the issue, I responded saying so and haven't heard back in another 2 days.

5. For all intents and purpose, when it's working it's the best I've used but often it has issues crashing whenever volume gets crazy which doesn't happen on their desktop version, at least not for me.

7. Now it logs me out of my account every time I close the program (and runs me through the tutorial every time I sign in), and doesn't save settings.

8. What I would love to see added is a menu tab that shows you all your open orders over main/trading/finance/etc so that they could easily be cancelled without having to remember what all you have in orders and where.

9. Had an issue with a failed withdrawal, tried the live chat 3 times and each time the chat was ended as soon as I was next in line.

10. I am becoming suspicious of whether the numbers it feeds me are real.Good features, lots of supported coins, but sluggish and unstable app.

11. For instance, it would be nice to have a stop limit sell option for the bots to exit all positions once it reaches down to an undesirable price.

1. Fix KuCoin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KuCoin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KuCoin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KuCoin" » Open KuCoin: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KuCoin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KuCoin: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KuCoin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KuCoin: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KuCoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KuCoin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KuCoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KuCoin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KuCoin not working

2. Fix KuCoin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KuCoin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KuCoin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KuCoin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
