Guess I'll uninstall again.sent email to developer addressing the problems once you connect the hearing aids to the application you can't get out without going into demo once in demo you cannot do anything so you're locked in to being unable to make changes recommended rolling back to a previous versiondoesn't work, total POS.

8. Why go through an update, and not update the most important part? Just about everyone else manages to support almost all android phones.

9. Was unpleasantly surprised by the update when I tried to adjust the volume during a meeting and could not accomplish it.

10. Third, it doesn't support any new android phones, and even among older phones, it doesn't support very many.

11. Have to uninstall and reinstall which is a total pain, especially since it worked fine before the so called bug fixes.🤬This use to be a great app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Choice Issues

1. Fix Choice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Choice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Choice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Choice" » Open Choice » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Choice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Choice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Choice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Choice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Choice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Choice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Choice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Choice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Choice not working


2. Fix Choice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Choice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Choice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Choice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
