1. I am giving this a one-star review because the app says that it's connected to my ears but my Bluetooth says my ears aren't connected to my Bluetooth this is just sad what is the point of telling us that we have access to hearing aids that can help us with noise cancellation when they can't even figure out when they're connected.

2. If they were to fix this issue then I would give it a 5 starThe BeMore app is waste of time and effort, each time you turn your hearing aids on in the morning you have reset the app.

It won't connect without shutting your phone off and turning it back on then it will connect that is a big inconvenience.Since the release of Android 13 disconnects are not as much of a problem and the occasional times it does disconnect all I have v to do bis turn the phone's Bluetooth off and back on.

4. When I want to listen to music (don't do that- the sound quality is simplicity awful) through the hearing aids, chirps and beeping come from the app but no reason or explanation.

5. BeMore please get it sorted!I have had my new hearing aids for 5 days and had no problem connecting my Samsung A21 using the BeMore app.

6. According to Samsung, my phone is hearing aid compatible but apparently the app doesn't work with the A21 phone.

7. Phone to hearing aid connection is sporadic, even when the phone is 6 inches from my head.

8. It has you go through the same process of connecting and then reconnecting but when you get to reconnect at best it only sees one of the hearing aids.

9. A real person, with Hearing Aids from Beltone, not a bot, not being paid.

10. Once in a great while I still have to re-pair my hearing aids, but all in all vast improvement.

11. It is very easy to control the hearing aids.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BeMore Issues

1. Fix BeMore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BeMore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BeMore App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BeMore" » Open BeMore » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BeMore » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BeMore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BeMore servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BeMore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BeMore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BeMore might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BeMore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BeMore then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BeMore not working


2. Fix BeMore Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BeMore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BeMore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BeMore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
