My Lively Customer Insights

1. Good communication from company.I realize that the connection is due to samsung 12 update but the bottom line is that the app doesn't work and you can't adjust the hearing aids properly without the app.

2. They feel a little lighter than my previous expensive aids, so I hope they last! I would recommend Lively to anyone who asks!I chose Lively because of of the positive reviews, feedback from the company, and an audiologist is your contact person not just a hearing specialist.

3. I was skeptical at first as to how the virtual experience would work, but I can confirm it is the best! and convenient! After more than a year, the hearing aids are great! The app is completely useless.

4. I had new settings sent and cant get them installed! 🤬😡I bought hearing aids from a local audiologist and paid more than twice as much as these.

5. Had I known that the aids wouldn't have a software update to fix in a reasonable time frame would not have bought these hearing aids.

6. Any financial benefits of these hearing aids are negated by the incredibly poor performance of the app.in it's present form, junk.

7. I waited 4 years before I researched hearing aids and wished I had done it sooner.

8. plus the customization and flexibility of tailoring these hearing aids is fantastic.

9. Rarely does this app pair both hearing aids.

10. Lost a hearing aid? Good luck! Need to adjust settings? Ha! Hard to believe the developers would release this app to the public.

11. I trust Lively completely.Overall, good! Able to "customize" hearing settings.
