Any option to remove the ads by purchasing it?Can't open the app since the new update, it keeps closingA very good app , with a nice user interface, easy to use and precise, the ads are not intervening in a vigorous manner like other apps , I have been using the older version for years , I was so satisfied that I didn't want to exchange it it with the newer version, but now I am using the new one and it is just as precise and easy to use , but prettier.Recently installed, worked immediately with no flaws, even default settings were great.

Highly recommended.Very good app, but you need to change the reminder volume level from depending on the media's volume level to the ringtone volume level Because many time I miss the reminder because the media volume was at minimum And other time I'm putting the phone on silent, but still the reminder play because the media volume is up So it's not logical to be based on media not ringtoneApp is so helpful! Love it.

3. But it keeps resetting to default then it shows wrong prayer times for me and the azaan volume goes back to maximum.

1. Restart Qibla direction & prayer times: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qibla direction & prayer times App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qibla direction & prayer times" » Open Qibla direction & prayer times » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qibla direction & prayer times » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qibla direction & prayer times app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qibla direction & prayer times servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qibla direction & prayer times" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qibla direction & prayer times app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qibla direction & prayer times might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qibla direction & prayer times. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qibla direction & prayer times then reinstall.
