2. i order online when i reach there for collection they said that the order is not ready will make slip again and in my app it showing that my order is ready for collection its almost more than 1 hour that i am waiting in plastine branch but my order still not prepaid and when i call on support for cancel my order no one is picking up my call i tried many times.

3. This app is a degrade!!! Email verification OTP never arrived, sent an email to support team no response!The app just froze!! And it doesn't open! What is wrong!!??? It keeps saying run time exeption!Worst app ever.

4. Eventually had to cancel the order after waiting for an hour at branch.Pathetic app worst user interface.

5. Gonna report this app aswellThe worst update ever.. The original account info was deleted and requested new registration.. Some items are missing in the menu.. The payment method is not working.. Very disappointing.App is not easy to use.

7. They need email verification for payment but never sends OTP whenever there's a offer.

8. At the branch so many people were waiting for their orders and staff there had no clue how to handle the orders received through app.

9. Ordering Kudu chicken combo from app as pock up costs 27SR on app.

10. Only commercial application but not friendly for offers and coupons.
