1. Why would I use the app when it's literally just taking a picture? I'll use my own photo app.I love the Boogie Board but the app is terrible and everyone who takes interest in my board at work are immediately turned off when I show them how to save notes.

And what's with the save feature pulling in info of an event from an email? #uninstallSo because it's possible to find my location using bluetooth scans I have to give my permission to access my location, just to connect a bluetooth device to the app because Android requires it? It says it doesn't collect any location data but still.

3. This app did a good job at capturing the screen outline of my boogie board (even on the first attempt, assuming proper lighting).

4. You take pictures of the Boogie Board with your phone to upload your notes, and try as I might the surface was always reflecting me taking the picture or the light.

5. The Boogie Board Sync technology was soo much better than this and properly captured pen strokes and synced with other services like Onenote.

6. I held out giving full stars because the other application with the photos is really bad and the end page button goes off prematurely.I was skeptical of all the terrible reviews.

7. Options are lacking.My first impression of this app was bad, like the other reviews it seemed to only take mediocre photos of the screen.

8. 💩This was a great idea and I saw a Boogie board at Target on sale so I bought it.

9. How hard could that be?? The manual corner select tool is much inferior free scanner apps.The product turned out to not work how I thought it did.

10. Other apps save the image once you take it, but this one requires 3 steps and if you set your phone down in the middle of the process, the image does not save.

1. Fix Blackboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blackboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blackboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blackboard" » Open Blackboard by Boogie Board » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blackboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blackboard by Boogie Board app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blackboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blackboard by Boogie Board" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blackboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blackboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blackboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blackboard not working

2. Fix Blackboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blackboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blackboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blackboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
