1. There are so many Thai people living abroad, do these idiots really expect us to travel to Thailand and get a tourist SIM just to set up the app so we can manage our bank account? Use another bank, seriously.Very good, lots of features and easy to use.
2. I don't want to waste time on hotline or at bank branch as it seems like I'll spend same time or even less in another bank and solve this problem foreverUsed to work fine.
3. Are you trying to drive all your foreign customers away to other Banks ? ****Response from KBank below...in Thai language...it took me 25 minutes to figure out what to do ..using screenshots and Google Translate....got there in the end, but....quite a slow app but it gets the job done.
4. Seek alternative solutions for a better experienceI sometimes found it annoying when the app didn't read any QR code properly, especially when people were waiting in line for a long long time just to find me strugling with it and wasting their time.
5. If you change phone or reinstall the app, you can't continue unless you're using a Thai SIM card, disable WiFi and use international data roaming.
6. The App is very user-friendly, practical and easy... Also I had a really nice experience with K-bank customer service , Thanks guys.Everything is safe and fine except one.. Whenever we need to pay through QR code there is no need to give password, I think there should be an improvement.
7. How could I rely my money to this app? Probably it's time to issue another bank card.
8. And if you want to setup the app on a new phone, you have to physically use their ATM or bank branch in Thailand...It's perfect, works well on Galaxy S21 .
9. The only reason I give this feedback just now is that it's been like this for about 10 times already and it's very upsetting not seeing the issue fixed.Stopped launching.
10. The app frequently fails to recognize my face when transferring money, causing unnecessary delays.
11. The latest update is in Thai language only.
