1. And please don't tell that this is done for protection reasons, because I have my password and I do this job for you every time when I load my laptop.Works great albeit in a limited capacity compared to the web interface, which is fine.

2. A suggestion - show the parent/child links on the card, similar to web.This app on web version is amazing!!! But, on the phone we can't create new task in inniciatives, only we are able to create task in Workflow window.

3. Limited functionality.cant even login wthLimited view, can't see initiativesUnable to login via Okta SSO as it gives JSON output instead of login.

4. It's so frustrating when you have paid for the tool, but still have to help them to identify pictures every time when you load your laptop.

7. Sometimes you can be asked to identify images 2-6 times: crossroads, fire hydrants, etc, to be connected to your board.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Businessmap Issues

1. Fix Businessmap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Businessmap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Businessmap App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Businessmap" » Open Businessmap formerly Kanbanize » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Businessmap » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Businessmap formerly Kanbanize app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Businessmap servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Businessmap formerly Kanbanize" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Businessmap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Businessmap might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Businessmap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Businessmap then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Businessmap not working


2. Fix Businessmap Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Businessmap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Businessmap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Businessmap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
