1. Avoid using this app if you can.This brokers are really bad I would not recommend them, I made a payment on their app after they payment the wanted the statement I tried to upload it but it would not let me after sending them emails the respond days later telling me the will assist the situation I'm still waiting for my money.
2. I had to wait for my own funds for nearly a week, I sent them all the documents they wanted to verify my account, they said it will take 2 to 3 days but a week later I got a email saying if I do not send my details for verification they going to disable my account in 7 days time.
3. All I want to do is deposit money and trade but JP markets has made that impossible for me.Depositing money within the app is hustle free but if you use a banking to make a deposit into the wallet takes forever, I deposited last week and yet even today the amount does not reflect on the wallet.
4. When I change levarage from 500 to 200 it says successful but does not change.I give this app 1 star because I can't comment without giving however, I will kindly withdraw it right here right now.. Your app is a mess, it needs serious fixing.. In case the developer forgot, we are dealing with cash in this app it can't be freezing now and then.
5. Even when documents have been uploaded or sent via email, there is still no response as to whether or not the account has been approved.
6. I m now re-installing it for the 8 times, if it freezes again I take my business elsewhere, this is a two way street no one should be doing the other a favor... I pay for this App and services around it, please and please again fixTried to withdraw my money but it has not come through.
7. You are a scam jp marketsThe app needs more room for improvement, change tickets system to live chats even 12hrs a day if 24hrs is not possible.
8. Tried to also chat online for assistance but still nothing, the automated chat machine keeps pasting the same message after the other.
9. Internal account transfers are not efficient and keep on declining my correct password.
10. You always have to send emails to open a simple demo account.
11. So far no customer service or even response to my emails.
