Why should I report an Issue with Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar?

1. I tuned the guitar using the app, but just as I was supposed to play my first 3 cords (all 3 were string 1, open), it wouldn't even pick up the sound.

2. After the first part of the course I couldn't find anything else that was free.The free part of this app is good, it can pick up the crords I'm playing well.

3. It wasn't the greatest, mechanically, as it kept doing things like reading a chords ringing out as me playing it consecutively.To start, the app has a nice layout, with what seems like good pacing.

4. Please improve your app so young learners (like me) can learn to play guitar properly and have some outlet for their emotions.

9. I'm fine if you wanna promise that your app will make learning easier, but that doesnt stop guitar from being inherently difficult to learn.

10. But so far I can do things correctly right after tuning and it doesn't seem to think it sounds right.... I have three guitars and apparently after tuning all of them a simple chord doesn't sound right to it.

11. For someone who actually wants to learn guitar, this is horrible, as no matter what you do, the app will always tell you youve done good.

1. Fix Simply Guitar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simply Guitar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simply Guitar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simply Guitar" » Open Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simply Guitar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simply Guitar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simply Guitar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simply Guitar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simply Guitar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simply Guitar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simply Guitar not working

2. Fix Simply Guitar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simply Guitar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simply Guitar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simply Guitar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
