Archer Review Customer Insights

1. Practice questions with rationale as well as the aptitude test helped me develop my critical thinking skills and apply strategies leading to answer questions correctly and greatly contributed to my success.The test page does log out itself after some inactive time, and once log out, I can't get the previous page to continue reading, unless I create a new test.

2. I have been having problems with logging in for 4days straight because it requires you to log in within 30 seconds which I feel is not good at all cause some of us have long email address and password, by then it will just tell you that your request has been aborted.

3. Only problem with the videoplayed if i got any message or call in the phone, the video will show as error and i need to start playing again by going back to video section.

4. Also the slides are short and straight to the points,nothing important missed.I have placed an order with email confirmation along with the receipt, however I have not received the reviewer and its also not showing on my order history.

5. Content rating is yet to be determined, but free demo has been good.

6. Great help for students aiming to pass their licensure exam ☺️Something happened and I thought it's not working at my end.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Archer Review Issues

1. Fix Archer Review Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Archer Review: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Archer Review App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Archer Review" » Open Archer Review - NCLEX » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Archer Review » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Archer Review - NCLEX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Archer Review servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Archer Review - NCLEX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Archer Review app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Archer Review might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Archer Review. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Archer Review then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Archer Review not working


2. Fix Archer Review Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Archer Review be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Archer Review not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Archer Review may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, I sent an email out regarding my account being locked out. I was asked to give my email ID, but I do not recall what it is, but believe that it is just my email. I have used Archer before and hoping you may still have some of my credentials and history of payment when the website was previously used. Is there any way to expedite the process of renewing my account? I noticed that there seems to be a difference in time zones, as I received an email from Archer support at 2 a.m and I live in florida. During the day it says archer support is away. thank you very much for your time,

    My name is Esther Temitope Adeleye.
    I purchased 3months package of Archer review since early yesterday (that's over 38 hours ago). My money was deducted but I couldn't access what I paid for. My dashboard keeps saying "No active Subscription".

    I have sent messages times without number to support@redacted but no response.

    I need someone to talk to me about this please and I need solution as soon as possible.
