1. Just please Fix this :(This app's effects n transitions are great but whenever I want to edit or make a video it would show an error has occurred! I would definitely love to use this app if it solves it's issue & tbh I don't think so u should waste yr time in this app till then.SUPER BAD! I was trying to edit a photo, but this app doesn't even load the images.

2. I'd rather use Kinemaster than this dusty app.It only let me record the video one time only!!!!!!!and it always says an error has occuredl!!😒😒🙅🙅and its so horrible,every time i open the app and everytime that i click the button to make videos,it always shows AD!!!!🙅🙅 Dont download this app!!!!!🙅🙅🙅 I wish i can rate it 0℅!!!😒🙅🙅🙅Its was just horrible.

3. I dont recomend this app.I don't know this app because i don't use it but i want to know but it won't let me pick out multiple pics then i get so confused and the transitions is good ... I would give it a 3 if you can like choose multiple pics.The filters don't work, everything I try to use it, it just says an error has occurred, I dont recommend you get this app, its also the fake version aswellIbhavent gotten a chance to properly use the app.

4. Every Time I add a effect and want to record it keeps on saying "an error has eccured" and then when i check my gallery it just shows a picture :/ 2.

5. So I tap a random, It showed me how to use everything and then it said the pic wasn't available or something?? I went to the gallery in-game AND THE GAME CRASHES!!! Loops 1 time And it tells me it's not working right.

6. THERE ARE WAYTO MCUH ADS every time I fricking leave an option lets say, A AD JUST POPS UP.

7. So I go to my gallery to see my pictures (I was doing this for a oc backstory) My pics didn't load.

8. I usually don't do ratings but as soon as I downloaded this app it asked for permissions and didnt let me use it unless I accepted them.

1. Restart Video Star ⭐: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Star ⭐ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Star ⭐" » Open Video Star ⭐ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Star ⭐ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Star ⭐ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Star ⭐ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Star ⭐" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Star ⭐ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Star ⭐ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Star ⭐. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Star ⭐ then reinstall.
