1. Switched to Pulsar which allows adding songs on a SD card to a playlist (Note to jetAudio developers: it's still not an Android bug) and has working album art.I love the user interface the customization options are plentiful as well, the only change I wish I could make would be for an option to make jetAudio the default search for whenever you want to search for an album or artist.

2. My only complaint, and it's an annoying one, is the equalizer settings for the Bluetooth profile for my vehicle doesn't retain the volume setting (with the equally annoying volume warning) when the app is exited on my smartphone or when the smartphone has been rebooted.

3. If the volume control by profile could be fixed, this would rate a 5-star product.PLEASE FIX PLAYLIST ISSUE!!! It's been over a year now! Enough already! Used to be great.

4. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth volume scale on my vehicle's audio system is much less than with the other sources, and the system doesn't have a volume offset by source like some vehicle's audio systems do.

5. I am not sure the volume control isn't tied to something within the Android OS on this Samsung smartphone, forcing it back to mid-point on the volume scale.

6. So, when I switch from Bluetooth to say radio station, the speakers blast at high volume unless I remember to turn the volume control in the vehicle way down first.

7. Would be nice to play and pause by touching the art.1/31/23: It appears that the latest update fixed the issue.

8. The latest update now causes songs to stop playing randomly and when you press play, the song starts from the beginning.

9. Today, it did it for 5 songs in a row.EDIT: The most recent update has resolved the issue and the app is now running at 100% efficiency.

10. This was hands down the best audio player on the market until the last update.

11. For all of the options that you are given for real time audio changes, the quality is really good.

1. Fix jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player" » Open jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing jetAudio+ Hi-Res Music Player not working
