Why should I report an Issue with Touch Macro Pro - Auto Clicker?

1. This is the Best Automation app on the Market because it has very fast and accurate image matching capabilities and doesn't require a rooted phone! I just wish you added the option to skip a step even "if image matching was not found" for that step, and then move on to the next step in the task list.

2. Right now it just waits and waits until the defined image shows up on the screen and that's annoying because I want it to loop through and search for other defined images on the screen when the prior one is not found, not just wait forever on one image to appear on screen.

3. It's a shame many people can't seem to get it to work, because the functionality is there and it's very capable.If you add this ability then I would gladly buy this app: Right now your app will try to match an image and "if" the match is found then it proceeds to the next step.

4. If it can search multiple areas for different images and then if it finds a match for any of those images it will proceed to the next steps that are "linked" to that "specific image group class".This app is amazingly useful.

Nevertheless - well worth quite cheap subscription and continuous improvement that is being made - keep it up!what the hell the coding structure, by the way that isn't the worst thing I've ever seen, *I Exported The File On My Device Then whataway After I Import The File again It Will..* CRASH THE APP, HUH!?? I SPEND OVER 45 MINS then its all gone!..This is actually a super capable macro app.

6. Because sometimes the image will be in a different spot and I need it to search that spot too not just continuesly waiting on the same spot for a match to a specific image.

7. Thought some information are somewhat vague - for example selecting searching by image through whole screen doesn't tell you where exactly the click would occur.

8. I want it to proceed to search for another image location even if the first image is not found.

9. In the place where the graphic would be found, or in the previously fixed location? Also finding in parallel (if possible) of few entries at the same time would be great idea (my use case is finding around 20 graphics one after the other - finding all of them at the same time would be great.

10. The OCR ability and image recognition are just awesome.Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, it has a small cost associated but it's also labelled "pro", and it offers a 7 day trial.

1. Restart Touch Macro Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Touch Macro Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Touch Macro Pro" » Open Touch Macro Pro - Auto Clicker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Touch Macro Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Touch Macro Pro - Auto Clicker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Touch Macro Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Touch Macro Pro - Auto Clicker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Touch Macro Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Touch Macro Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Touch Macro Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Touch Macro Pro then reinstall.
