Thank you K99.1 for being on air for all these years and hope for many more.I've always have k99.1 on in my truck, reliable to play a mixture of songs, I lost my wife to cancer on September 19 2022 and some of the songs you guys played were on our wedding cd that week, I just wanted tell you, that k99 helped me that week and brought up a lot I mean a lot of great memories, we were married almost 16 years, and I have k99 on in all my vehicles and in the garage where I spend a lot of time in and now I downloaded the app and I can listen to at work.

5. I understand ads but upon opening? Come on do better, if you need to put ads there then you shouldn't be giving away your cash.Have listened to K99.1 for years I have listened to other stations in other cities.

8. ALMOST SEEMS LIKE THE CONTEST IS RIGGED AND THEIR FRIENDS ARE THE WINNERS.It opens with an advertisement and gets stuck.

1. Fix K99.1FM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart K99.1FM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the K99.1FM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K99.1FM" » Open K99.1FM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K99.1FM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear K99.1FM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K99.1FM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K99.1FM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check K99.1FM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K99.1FM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall K99.1FM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K99.1FM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K99.1FM not working

2. Fix K99.1FM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K99.1FM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K99.1FM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K99.1FM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
