1. Constantly full of issues including making me re-enter my CC information every single time, showing me different prices for the same things at different points in the app, showing wrong times, the map of the walk starts out of the entire world so you have to zoom and zoom to get to your actual neighborhood to see the walk, and the list goes on.
2. My dog isn't going to let a stranger walk in the house and take him (was finally able to get a permanent fix for this, I think.) You can't cancel a single service in a series without canceling the whole seriesLove the service, beginning to hate the app.
3. Whenever my regular walker cancels they just book someone else and I have to spend 20 minutes getting to customer service to cancel.
4. The app closed itself and I had to start all over - twice!! Super frustrating and that's just one example, it has plenty of other development issues.No other options, and the service itself is okay but the app is the worst.
5. The app is becoming slower, the map doesn't show up when it's supposed to (sometimes the GPS isn't accurate either) and it makes the good service experience somewhat frustrating.
6. I would contact an agent, but I can't get past the rate and tip CaregiverGreat service, but the app... I love the report cards and videos, ect.
7. The app is riddled with bugs: I cannot cancel a service request or edit my address.

Hi: not bad complaints-- but I am a Pet Caregiver... and I haven't been able to use a direct chat since I first started, earlier this year: then when I try to submit a message to Wag! It refuses to accept my email address, saying "please enter an actual email address".. even though it is the one I use all the time. I am at: DC_joslyn@redacted
On Friday, July the 8th, I couldn't connect with the app- this is my main issue (*and trying to resolve unsuccessfully above). I was there with dog, Goose, and Pet Parent was home.. so no issues with the actual dog/ Pet parent. But app canceled me and said that a negative report would show on my profile. Please help! I was there, taking care of Goose! I would appreciate your help to remove the blemish on my account- and to (please!) Help me get paid for the visit. I didn't consider it an emergency, since we were all okay, but like I said, please help remove negative mark on record and get paid (because Wag did not know I was there). Thank you. Appreciate everything and any help. David ps these aren't 'complaints' but issues I've had with app- I work for WAG and enjoy it much, but couldn't get through to contact them.
