1. It would only deliver a borading pass to the app Passes and it didn't send my return boarding but outgoing boarding pass.in general terms it works ok and that's it, the user's experience is bad, there's a lot of work regarding design, it's a little slow.
2. Does not display airport name using search and does not automatically display the availability of flights for your return date.
3. Another airline and application to avoid when possibleThe app does not allow configuration to set Canada as the default country to figure out flights from YVR (Vancouver Airport).
4. I will uninstall the app and book from a computer.Wife and I, were hoping to use this app for our traveling instead of a travel agent and a middle man and extra fees at the airport.
5. Not a good idea, The phone numbers do not work to Customer Service and the email for Customer Service also does not work.
6. Constantly changed my flights, to something insanely inconvenient or impossible, then would not even offer an option to help with a hotel stay I was going to need as a result of their spontaneous changes.
7. On the phone for days trying to get in contact with 1 of their reps, only to get disconnected 5 minutes into the conversation, while on hold.
8. Called again on hold for 20 minutes, spoke to someone that couldnt help me transferred me to a specialist lasted another 25 minutes.
9. if you do, when they get to the agent, they have to wait and hold up the line to log back in!Worst Airline Application I have ever used and I travel frequently.
10. My flight is in the morning now and this app has not been helpful at all.App doesn't work well.
11. It only allows USA currently.Flight status would not find the flight using flight number and would not find a next day flight using destination.
