1. Can't restore my account after changing my phone,and can't set my cameras to the new app I am stack.The Last update so bad, many notifications on many tabs, in the old version it were all notifications on just one tab, hope you fix thatI hated itNão estava conseguindo adicionar, consegui com a ajuda do suporte, agora está funcionando.App não informa qual erro.

2. Sendo que anteriormente já havia sido cadastrado no app.NÃO CONSIGO CONFIGURAR PELO APP, ESTÁ DANDO ERRO EM TODAS AS ETAPAS, O SUPORTE IGNOROU MEU E-MAIL.Só não dou 0 porque não é possível.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mibo Issues

1. Fix Mibo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mibo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mibo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mibo" » Open Mibo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mibo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mibo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mibo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mibo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mibo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mibo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mibo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mibo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mibo not working


2. Fix Mibo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mibo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mibo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mibo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
