1. Very needed with this pandemic! Today, I couldn't access my shopping list! I can't add items to my cart! I wonder, if the latest update of the app on April 20, 2023 has something to do with the problem! When you try to add an item to your cart, the page shows you the product you selected, but the rest of the page is blank! When you try to access your shopping list, you press the cart button with the number of items on the list, it eternally downloads without getting the shopping list!Totally confusing app! When you hit the item to take a closer look at it, most times it doesn't describe it.

2. I may use for emergencies only.Awesome service! Was super easy and FAST... Only issue was that the person picking out my items was a little too fast... They didn't give me much time to approve or change the substitutions for the items out of stock, and they tend to pick the bigger items (which cost double) if your original (smaller) item is out of stock.

3. Not enjoyable & too time consuming!! And also, you make the consumer download not just 1 app, but 2 different apps! OH YES, AND THE UPCHARGE OF THE ITEMS ARE INSANE! PUBLIX, your prices period are 2 highThe billing address drop down wouldn't load on the pickup screen, so it wouldn't accept the card.

4. Some gripes include not being in control of my "buy it again" lists so that one purchase stays for life; inability to add deli counter items after checkout (I called about this and was told "that's the way it is"); too many intrusive suggestions and ads in search results for specific items.

5. Excellent product images and description make a huge difference.Inconsistent quality and late I have had to reschedule delivery orders bc they're so late and I schedule them for plenty of time and even paid extra for the expedited delivery and still it takes much longer than promised time.

6. Every item is roughly 10% higher, plus delivery fee, plus service fee (??), and of course the shopper's tip.

7. Then when I finalized my order, it said "something went wrong." I've been trying to order groceries for 40 minutes, this is unnecessarily finicky.Deceptive upcharges per item.

8. The delivery people are friendly, helpful, polite, and on time! Overall the prices are jacked up across the board.

9. I finally had to manually add the billing address through the delivery screen, and only then did the pickup screen drop down work.

10. The biggest miss of them all, I cannot directly import my shopping list from the Publix app, requiring me to recreate a list that is often quite long.

11. Consistency between this app and the official Publix app would be great.Only one item wasn't found.

1. Restart Publix Delivery & Curbside: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Publix Delivery & Curbside App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Publix Delivery & Curbside" » Open Publix Delivery & Curbside » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Publix Delivery & Curbside » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Publix Delivery & Curbside app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Publix Delivery & Curbside servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Publix Delivery & Curbside" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Publix Delivery & Curbside app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Publix Delivery & Curbside might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Publix Delivery & Curbside. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Publix Delivery & Curbside then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Publix Delivery & Curbside not working
