1. The Publix app is a great addition to their great customer service, for example, being able to order their top knotch sub sandwiches ahead of time.....incredible. However, if the option didn't exist to order ahead, I'd wait in a long line just to get my hands on one.Good (sometimes) for locating items and the quick pay is nice, but the shopping list feature is utterly useless since the app doesn't show prices.

2. However, it seems like every time a new update rolls out some major feature gets screwed up... Currently, and for the last 3-4 weeks, unable to access coupons (glitches when you select them) or create/edit lists (the entire purpose for me) making this app useless.Everything is great except for one big issue: many products don't have a price listed.

My only complaints are the touch area for marking is too small and when you use the back button on Android after viewing an ad item, sometimes the previous page list resets to the top and you have to scroll back down to where you were.Publix standards & values on quality of their products makes my expectations on other stores unable to compete.

4. I'm trying to see where is the best deal - Publix or WalMart - but that immediately becomes WalMart when I can see prices & build my shopping list around my budget from my phone.

5. When opening your shopping list, you have the option of removing any expired items from a previous week's ad.

6. After the most recent update, the app is back to logging me out every single time, meaning I have to log in manually every single time.

7. Who knows? I don't, because you don't post release notes! My other issue: I updated my credit card in the app to make sure it has the most recent exp date.

8. Please change it back to when it was a user friendly App.The app started to glitch for the first time since I became a user on 2/16/23.

9. I know they probably don't wanna cause confusion since Instacart's prices are higher, but such a major drawback.Once again the forced updates have left this app completely unusable.

10. I then proceeded to get 39 emails over the next 37 minutes telling me "Your account has been updated." I finally removed my credit card and unsubscribed from all emails.

11. You can sort by department, view BOGO items, easily mark items and add them to your list.

1. Fix Publix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Publix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Publix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Publix" » Open Publix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Publix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Publix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Publix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Publix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Publix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Publix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Publix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Publix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Publix not working

2. Fix Publix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Publix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Publix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Publix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
