1. In the areas I've used it, some stations charge 0.39 eu/kwh, some are free.What happened, have been using this without any issues for a few years and it was perfect, now all the charging stations in my area have dissapeared.
2. It looks that ebox lost completely power supply... Why do you provide updates which haven't been properly tested?! Moreover, as the developer team suggested, I described the issue by email.
3. The app simply refuses to end a charging session even when charging is complete and the cable is disconnected -- it hangs like that for days! Absolutely worst charging app ever!Zero stars would be better.
4. No explaination, and the app refused to stop the attempted charge when nothing was plugged in anywayThe app for some reason wanted to take a large amount of money from my account, with no exploration as to why, lucky my bank flagged it.
5. We lost a lot of time and charging station disconnected us somehow after 10minutes.
6. The charging started (as in, it said to plug in the cable etc.), but then stopped with "Charging paused" without any further indication about the issue.
7. We are not happy customer, will not charge at innogy again and want our money back.After firmware update I can't use anymore my innogy ebox.

9. it often hangs or reports lack of network, but luckily that usually happens after the signal has been sent to the station to start.
10. In case of charging failure the app does not notify.
11. Also, it apparently then tries to charge your credit card again and again, I ended up with 11x 50€ charges (reservations) on my credit card.
