1. This app should NOT still be having THE SAME issues.After registering I was redirected to login page and attempted to login only to keep receiving error messages saying incorrect username/email.

2. It locked me out of my first cards account & I had no way of contacting anyone to fix it, now trying to register my second card is becoming a pain because it won't except @ in emails and says it is invalid anytime you input @ in it.

3. It's accurate with my EBT card!After registering, I attempted to login and kept getting an "error try back later" message.

4. Attempted to login from the site and was immediately given an "account locked" message.

5. I almost completed the login registration and kept getting error message saying that my email already exists in the system.

6. What can i do to fix my account? I can still call the number on the card to check the balance but its nice to see what was spent and whereApp states that I don't have an account with Louisiana snap.

7. I attempted to reset password but it will not even allow me to enter my card number due to app issues.

8. Why is it every time you guys seem to run updates, i get sign in error messages??? I have tried resetting EVERYTHING to no avail.

9. Could not be because I tried like 8 different emails and got the same message.I am ONCE AGAIN having trouble signing into my account.

10. Went through all the steps to change password, thinking that was the problem; "an error occurred try again later" Seems like this app is buggy.

1. Fix LifeInCheck EBT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LifeInCheck EBT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LifeInCheck EBT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LifeInCheck EBT" » Open LifeInCheck EBT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LifeInCheck EBT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LifeInCheck EBT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LifeInCheck EBT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LifeInCheck EBT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LifeInCheck EBT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LifeInCheck EBT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LifeInCheck EBT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LifeInCheck EBT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LifeInCheck EBT not working

2. Fix LifeInCheck EBT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LifeInCheck EBT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LifeInCheck EBT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LifeInCheck EBT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
