1. This app should NOT still be having THE SAME issues.After registering I was redirected to login page and attempted to login only to keep receiving error messages saying incorrect username/email.
2. It locked me out of my first cards account & I had no way of contacting anyone to fix it, now trying to register my second card is becoming a pain because it won't except @ in emails and says it is invalid anytime you input @ in it.
3. It's accurate with my EBT card!After registering, I attempted to login and kept getting an "error try back later" message.
4. Attempted to login from the site and was immediately given an "account locked" message.
5. I almost completed the login registration and kept getting error message saying that my email already exists in the system.
6. What can i do to fix my account? I can still call the number on the card to check the balance but its nice to see what was spent and whereApp states that I don't have an account with Louisiana snap.
7. I attempted to reset password but it will not even allow me to enter my card number due to app issues.
8. Why is it every time you guys seem to run updates, i get sign in error messages??? I have tried resetting EVERYTHING to no avail.
9. Could not be because I tried like 8 different emails and got the same message.I am ONCE AGAIN having trouble signing into my account.
10. Went through all the steps to change password, thinking that was the problem; "an error occurred try again later" Seems like this app is buggy.
11. When i do forgot password and put in all the correct info it says error.
