1. Also, please fix the page wherein we can select which passenger would be for Go Easy trip or Go Basic since this was removed during the latest update.Firstly I never write reviews on applications but my experience has been so poor on this app I felt the need to share it with others.
2. The company and pilot told us for compensation for the flight being canceled and changed to a different city we were supposed to get a free ride to the city we actually needed to get to and when we got there we didn't get it! Don't fly with this company not worth itvery disappointing.
3. For my last flight, it wouldn't show my boarding pass even though I checked in three times! Horrible.Had to change a flight due to graduation dates being changed.
4. Once in the app to find your flight and when you try to check in, it directs you out of the app and to their website where you have to log in again, which makes this app useless.
5. I recently booked my flight Manila to Bacolod, just this March, I took a round-trip, and the payment method was very easy, I just used gcash for the payment option.
6. What I can say about this App is that it is very easy to use, you don't even need to go to airline outlets to book a flight, on your cellphone, you can book a flight just using this App.
7. As an IT software developer and tester I find this whole experience revolting!!I checked in using website via browser.
8. It's much better to go through their website, if it's also working correctly that is.Very slow app... forces update when you just need to check something.
9. My option is a round trip and lets say I already set a date for depart and when I select a date for return the depart set date changes to whatever I select a date for my return trip.
10. I can never check in online using the web browser and then it tries to use the app which is completely useless.
11. Checked all the data, decided on a date and time.
