1. It does a lot of things very well! Nothing like watching the spinning circle next to "Please wait.." for a couple minutes, only to then be returned to the screen you were on previously! What a fun, exciting ride! Usually you have to pay for apps with these kinds of features!! Things this app does NOT do well: allow you to check your investments, log in to your account, save you time and effortNeeds fingerprint login.

2. A lot of features open up a browser so going to their website instead of using app makes more sense.The app is ok if all you want to do is check your current balance or adjust the contribution percentage.

3. Some texts dosen't display properly on vertical orientation the missing test is "rotate the phone to display properly"... still cant find a chart with my account progress.

4. I would have never known about it, had I not closed the account early, trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare.While the app isnt the most intuitive, it does work.

1. Fix Voya Retire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voya Retire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voya Retire App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voya Retire" » Open Voya Retire » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voya Retire » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voya Retire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voya Retire servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voya Retire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voya Retire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voya Retire might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voya Retire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voya Retire then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voya Retire not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voya Retire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voya Retire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
