1. Had to leave the app and return to set the security questions wanted due to random inability to choose a question; needs work.Every time I log in it has to send my text a Verification text.

2. I was hoping for a better experience with the new app.. I like the old one better!! Seriously considering switching banks all because of this app!!Sends emails too late to be helpful avoiding transfer fees, transfer requires multiple confirmations and has already caused extra fees.

6. That's not helpful when you have to take the time to go back and manually minus transactions with a calculator, I was lucky to even notice them towards the bottom of my screen.

7. I also suggest considering adding back the 4 digit pin login from the old app.Your transactions during the weekend don't show up and when they do they are pending and are not adjusted in your current balance.

8. They may have rushed to get this out as it is completely unusable as it is right now.You HAVE TO close the app and re-open it in order to input the security questions!!! I'm glad I read the reviews before I started or I'd have no idea.

9. B, my internet browsing history has nothing to do with this app which is separate from my browser.Taking pictures of checks for mobile deposits is quite frustrating.

10. After numerous attempts to log in each time I was met with the spinning circle indicating the app was attempting to load but it never did.

11. When paying on a loan it only shows the last 4 of the loan number, no other details so I'm not confident I'm paying on the right one.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IB ONE Wallet" » Open IB ONE Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IB ONE Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IB ONE Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IB ONE Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IB ONE Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IB ONE Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IB ONE Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IB ONE Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IB ONE Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IB ONE Wallet not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IB ONE Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IB ONE Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IB ONE Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
