Why should I report an Issue with Pocket DJ : With 3 Players?

1. When you load a new song it will automatically play before you decide to play it.Can't see the songs folder wise, and external memory and internal memory can't see, please rectify the problem, then it will be easy to use, thank younot having sound controlable interface .. this app only can merge multiple audio.

2. In the current view, due to the horizontal/landscape view, it becomes difficult to fade in/fade out the tracks as it becomes impossible to see if you placed your finger on the volume slider buttons.

3. If you try to add a song to an active deck', it should not be allowedI don't know if there was an update or something, but what I do know is that I can't play the music simultaneously... that was the only thing that I needed and this app "used to" provide it.

1. Fix Pocket DJ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pocket DJ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pocket DJ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocket DJ" » Open Pocket DJ : With 3 Players » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocket DJ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pocket DJ : With 3 Players app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocket DJ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pocket DJ : With 3 Players" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pocket DJ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocket DJ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pocket DJ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pocket DJ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pocket DJ not working

2. Fix Pocket DJ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pocket DJ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pocket DJ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pocket DJ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
