solarmanPro Customer Insights

1. Please guide for resolution.Who ever decide to upgrade to this new app from solarmanpro, doesn't know his consumer.

2. I am an end user for inverter Inverex Nitorx, registered the login today through SolarmanPro App.

3. It's reject my login details, you doesn't want to recover my logins.

4. Where's it please?Connected as per how the old version let me and i cannot for life of me get my system to show on the new version... please fix thisNeeds to be improved.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix solarmanPro Issues

1. Fix solarmanPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart solarmanPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the solarmanPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "solarmanPro" » Open solarmanPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for solarmanPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear solarmanPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from solarmanPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "solarmanPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check solarmanPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, solarmanPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall solarmanPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall solarmanPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing solarmanPro not working


2. Fix solarmanPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make solarmanPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to solarmanPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, solarmanPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good morning.
    We are registered with yourselves, (solight energia renovavel) and I need some help...
    Although I am the super admin, the account is registered against an email address that no longer exists due to the person leaving the company. So it would be helpful if you could ammend this email internally.
    Secondly, I am unable to add a user to the company setup and have no idea why not? He is registered on the app, buy unable to access the website, can you help me with this too?
