1. Great features and mobile banking.Very easy to navigate and saves so much time! Except when you need to deposit a check, it never works, I've tried all kinds of lighting, angles, flash on, flash off, auto capture and manual.

2. Take a picture and deposit a check, and free instant transfers through the app..I want to love this app and now I do! Prior to a recent update I was frustrated with an inability to take pictures on the app, rendering the mobile check deposit feature useless.

3. Also I set the account up so that I wouldn't get any overdraft fees in case I messed up and tried to charge my debit card when I didn't have the balance to cover it.App is perfect! Ive been using it for years without a single glitch.

4. I am a huge Service Credit Union fan!The app is fine besides the mobile check deposit, it is by far the worst experience ive ever had.

5. I love that if I have money in my savings account I end up yielding a better percentage rate on my savings balance than any other bank ever been to.

6. One pain point is that there is no finger print integration which entails me tracking down my complex password every time I want to use the app or if after 5 minutes of non-activity it logs me out.

7. It's never worked and my phone takes great pictures so I know it's not my phone.Functional app! App is pretty straight forward to use and I can deposit checks which is a plus.

8. When I go to edit push notifications in the settings, it logs me out due to "inactivity." I am also logged off due to "inactivity" when attempting to view my messages.The documents page still doesn't work.

9. I use this app to manage my Service Credit Union accounts to check balances and transfer money fast.

10. Ot is handy to have the ability to go back and view, save ,and or print monthly statements of you need to and it also automatically will reformat statements to SVG format for spreadsheets, Exell and Quickbooks.

11. The second is, it feels like there are frequent technical issues where the app is unavailable due to some reason or another.Nice app overall, with no real problems since I started using it almost three years ago.

1. Fix Service CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Service CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Service CU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Service CU" » Open Service CU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Service CU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Service CU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Service CU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Service CU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Service CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Service CU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Service CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Service CU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Service CU not working

2. Fix Service CU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Service CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Service CU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Service CU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
