1. The manual camera for the back of the check seemingly takes pictures whenever it wants rather then when the photo is actually focused? Idk other than that though it's really useful for keeping track of my transactions and it beats driving to the bank.It needs a makeover.

2. Mobile deposit works ~50% of the time and you can't silence the camera shutter sound, so you always have to endure this full-volume CLICK when you take pictures of the check.

3. Transfers are simple and fast and mobile check deposits are convenient and easy.

4. Maybe a warning when you click "deposit" that "your transaction is not complete until you approve the images of the check".

5. I have debit notifications enabled for high-amounts, but they're 1-2 days late (e.g., rent check cashes the 8th and I get notified on the 9th-10th).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Workers CU Issues

1. Fix Workers CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Workers CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Workers CU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Workers CU" » Open Workers CU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Workers CU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Workers CU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Workers CU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workers CU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Workers CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Workers CU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Workers CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Workers CU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Workers CU not working


2. Fix Workers CU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Workers CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
