1. Bill Pay is great all my monthly bills can be paid quickly and easily from my checking account and payment always arrives on time!I absolutely love this app.. I can get just about everything done on it! From depositing checks, to money transfers.. plus the customer service is awesome! If you have any issues, they get back to you right away! I definitely recommend using this app for anyone that has an account with Verabank!The app NEVER WORKS right!! It takes at least 1-2 mins to open with or without thumb print! Today it opened and said I didn't even have an account! It was like both of my accounts had been deleted.

2. PLEASE FIX THESE GLITCHES! I have used this bank for years and never had issues like this!Latest Android updates cause the app to crash to home screen about half the time when you login.

3. Vera Bank rocks love y'all!Great app! Can do anything I need to do right from my phone, and if I ever have a problem customer service is very responsive and quick to assist and fix any issues I might be having.

4. VeraBank didn't wonderful job, customer service chats are very helpful, emails answered immediately and response time for anything is exceptional.

5. I can transfer money to my accounts at other banks, easily transfer to other VeraBank customers, send money to family and friends with ease and peace of mind right from my banking app.

1. Fix VeraBank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VeraBank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VeraBank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeraBank" » Open VeraBank Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeraBank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VeraBank Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeraBank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeraBank Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VeraBank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeraBank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VeraBank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeraBank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeraBank not working

2. Fix VeraBank Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeraBank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeraBank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeraBank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
