1. The first 3 years though it made me super mad bc it would always take a long time to reset itIt's fine.. However, and this might be less the app and more the bank itself, but $500 limit on check deposit? That's way too low, my dudes.
2. That being said ACCU has exceptional customer service and is a quality credit union!The only thing lacking is the ability to temporarily turn off credit/debit cards and then turn them back on.
3. The app itself works just fine for what you need to do with it.Mobile check deposit option was THE thing that made a smart phone a must have for me.
4. I've been banking here since 2006, I haven't stuck with ANYTHING that long, throw me a bone.Need to improve acceptance camera for taking pictures of checks.
5. Process was a little iffy at the beginning trying to get a good enough photo of the check with the earlier app versions and phones, but it's a can't miss, done in seconds thing now.
6. A wonderful convenience.I've had the app for years but every time I try to log in, unless I use my fingerprint, I have to reset my password.
7. I feel ACCU could learn from other high quality banking/credit union apps.
8. Are you most of my bookkeeping and paperwork at night and the credit union is closed so I can basically pretty much find out what I need to know.
9. Other than that, this app has been reliable and usable.I love the convenience of online applications.

11. There are a few things that are not covered so it's not completely thorough but I imagine a Time that will change.Basic and admittedly boring.
