1. It's a good usable app and all the other features work fine so I'm giving it 5 stars.App was fine and mobile deposit worked great until the most recent update and they started showing ads in the app that cover up the task/menu bar.

2. At the moment, my only gripes are the weird delays with the check cashing feature, the super-loud shutter sound you can't turn off when taking check images, and the problems with trying to open a CD or new account on it.

3. To transfer funds, the ability to set a date is gone and a schedule time section instructions are not straightforward as originally in transfer of fund's section.I enjoy using the app.

4. The information button crashes the screen, and there doesn't seem to be a way of checking the going interest rates first.depositing checks with this application is a little time-consuming.

5. Helps me transfer funds so easily from Savings to Regular Account as needed to cover life's little emergencies.

6. Mostly accurate other than maintenance time, which are always notified and posted on app screen during sign in or sign out.

7. The ads are so obtrusive I uninstalled the app and now I will just take up someone else's time with depositing a check when I could(and would) have done it via the app.

8. Some of the help questions were unhelpful in clearing the finger login problem and was not able to reset for either right or left finger, once found as previously set.

9. Setting up external transfers could be streamlined a bit, but the online version does this well so I don't have too much of a problem with it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Together CU Issues

1. Fix Together CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Together CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Together CU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Together CU" » Open Together CU MobileAccess+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Together CU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Together CU MobileAccess+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Together CU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Together CU MobileAccess+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Together CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Together CU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Together CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Together CU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Together CU not working


2. Fix Together CU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Together CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Together CU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Together CU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
