FTWCCU Customer Insights

1. The third attempt on a plain sheet of cardboard worked enough to submit the check deposit for approval. Most hold camera at exact level completely still without shadows and without support, my experience it has taken 25-3O attempts to satisfied camera, other bank apps are much much easier to use.

2. They don't offer direct deposit it takes a while to get your checks mobile deposited and that's if they even go through at all.Very user friendly, really have no major issues with app or problems with acct transactions, posting.

3. It can be faster to actually drive to the bank and physically deposit your check, defeating the whole purpose of this app's check deposit feature.

4. I've never experienced so many problems on any other app to do an electronic check deposit! It should not be hard for your members to deposit their money.

5. I would like to see it reverted to the way it was previously as this is the opposite of improvement. It took 3 attempts to deposit a laser printed check.

6. In the future I will be looking for a new bank and will mail deposits to ftwccu until a get everything set up and tested.2/25/2022 This app has been changed and is now completely useless.

7. I received an error message in the first two attempts stating, "It appears the corners of the check are torn or folded." The corners are completely intact.

8. Sometimes trying to capture the image to make a mobile deposit can be a little annoyingly stressful.

9. Easy to check account balances, transfer money, pay bills etc.

10. Could you please let me know what I need to do? I want to use the mobile deposit feature.

11. It's very hard to get it to focus the camera on a check, and it constantly rejects images for no reason.
