1. Not the same level of information, an ugly layout and even the formatting in the new version is terrible, with words overlapping each other.
2. (you had no choice in this) The App is slow, looks terrible, difficult to navigate, doesn't fit the screen correctly.
3. First it says £0 balance and then at the bottom it shows the actual monthly charge...Another one star review, I see no reason as to why they had to update the app AT ALL! The old app looked very nice and functional.
4. The new app version feels as though you go around in circles, it is not easy to find the information you want/need.
5. If they have any sense they will revert back to the old version.New updated app is a disgrace! Fingerprint login is gone/not working.
6. Been a 3 customer for a very long time, this shocking experience has really made me think about finding a new provider.What happened?! This app used to be very well designed, but the new user experience is poor to say the least.
7. It says my contract expires in one week when I actually still have 18 months left on it! Bill section is a mess, I can't figure it out if it has been paid or not.
8. The screen scrolls sideways rather than understanding the dimensions of the phone, the text overlaps in places.
9. Very easy to accidentally add an add-on to your account with one tap from the main screen, and you need to contact support to remove.

11. Bring the old version back!App has recently been updated with the promise that it was much better and it's absolute rubbish.
