1. Makes me wonder how can it have worked so well, then totally took a dump? I suspect the franchisees rebeled because people were no longer going into the stores to buy the high margin snacks.I had a lot of issues creating an account.

2. However it only ever worked once for me, now every time I try to open the app it either says I have a connectivity issue, or it is "unable to load cards." I have tried everything i can think of the fix this issue, but it still persists.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myHusky Issues

1. Fix myHusky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myHusky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myHusky App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myHusky" » Open myHusky » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myHusky » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myHusky app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myHusky servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myHusky" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myHusky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myHusky might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myHusky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myHusky then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myHusky not working


2. Fix myHusky Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myHusky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myHusky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myHusky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
