They take really long to deliver the food.So my original review was 5 stars, but the app is having multiple problems the most annoying and frustrating one is that after you receive your order and want to place another one it makes you leave a review of the delivery and every single time it gets stuck at that part.

2. I am not creating a user I am just login in and it asks for creating an account (I migrated to another phone) Service is bad and delivery takes up to 3 hours (from stores minutes away) Customer support is bad and shops would sent bad orders.

Please fixThe tracking feature rarely works, you cannot get discount codes to work, they blame it on the system and they don't even offer you a credit for the amount of the shipping discount despite the fact that you are offering that feature to your customers, is not like we are asking for something free, it's been offered.

4. I just needed to place my comment.I have mostly always received whatever I have ordered, if there's a complication with the processing at the store you've placed the order, you will be contacted from Hugo to make you aware of any changes.

5. There are definitely things to be improved, but it does at least work for getting my food to my door.When hugo just started the service was awesome and it was convenient since recently they have changed tremendously to be the worst app ever.

6. Loading times are often lengthy, there are random errors which pop up when trying to submit orders (it would be good to explain why), and there's no clear menu option to leave a review for the delivery man.

7. Sometimes you just go in the app and realize that your order disappeared and YOU have to reach out to customer service to find out what's the issue and for a refund.

8. Timeframe is never what it shows on the commerce's page, I have had countless orders that have taken over 2 hours.I cannot login to my account because my email already exists.

9. Is it that the only way one can get the verification code is through whatsapp? If so, pity.I mean I like the fact that Hugo offers variety and convenience and the deals are pretty good.

10. First they will cancel your order if something goes wrong for example if the store is closed or they don't have what you want WITHOUT contacting you.

1. Fix hugo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart hugo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the hugo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hugo" » Open hugo - Lo hago todo por ti » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hugo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear hugo - Lo hago todo por ti app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hugo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hugo - Lo hago todo por ti" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check hugo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hugo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall hugo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hugo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hugo not working

2. Fix hugo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hugo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to hugo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, hugo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
