1. Numbers lose formatting, pages fail to load, screens work in landscape mode but not in portrait, and the overall experience is plagued with glitching and inconsistency.
2. Logging in takes forever and then let's say that you have to write a message to your loan person, you can't see what you're typing because the keyboard pops up and block the entire screen.
3. I've been a long-time member at Hughes (15+ years) and their previous version of the app worked almost flawlessly.
4. Very confusing the first time I saw this and was concerned my card had been charged multiple times.
5. Half the time it is unavailable and does not allow you to log in, when you fail to log in because of its problems it will often lock you out of your account.
6. I'm seriously considering switching banks because of how unreliable this app is and has been for so long.While it is extremely convenient and easy to use, it is equally infuriating.
7. I haven't been able to log into it for over a month now on my phone, which has been a recurring problem with this app for years now.
8. Often fails to load, or if it does, it sends an error message that it failed to load properly.
9. I'm not sure why, but now it takes sometimes days for purchases to appear and it will look like there are duplicate of the same purchase.
10. Accounts still run days behind after a purchase.Unfortunately the app is in super rough shape at the moment.
11. Now it can take up to 2 to 3 days before a pending transaction appears and it makes it really hard to see where I'm at with my money 😠☹Where do I begin.
