1. It's difficult to read, transfers are harder to actually complete, the layout is trash, and the pending transactions are glitch! It shows double charges on my end, until they process, but the available amount doesn't even accurately reflect the transactions anymore! IF THE APP WASN'T BROKEN, WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING? Disappointed and frustrated.I love the convenience of the app.
2. Also, my paycheck had a fine striped back side and the app wouldn't take the shot from it, so I had to do it with a blank piece of paper to be able to finish the deposit.Check deposit system worked flawlessly on the old app, and now it doesn't work at all.
3. Horrible!Doesn't let me make transfers, can't even check the details of my transactions, can't see the rewards page, can't link my external account to it for easy transfers.
4. Bill payment is a real pain I can't change the date of a payment the credit union can? That doesn't sound right I have to delete an entire payment series to change payment dates.
5. If the check deposit issue doesn't get resolved I may need to move to another bank since I use it all the time.You really screwed up a decent app.
6. Thank you have a good day.The banking is fine, their rewards program is ridiculous!! Everytime they decide to "upgrade" or "improve", we the the consumers pay the price.
7. I get to pay overdraft fees also because they change my payment date without so much as a notification.The new update to the app is HORRIBLE.
8. The check deposit function barely makes sense when you get there and there is no obvious logical flow.
9. It is pretty easy to use but there are a couple things that could improve i.e. after I log out it doesn't take me automatically to the fingerprint log in.
10. The designer of the check deposit function needs a new assignment away from the app.
11. It doesn't automatically take pictures anymore and you have to keep tapping the screen to make something happen while holding it steady.
